Kizzie Fowler

The woman Lee County needs!

Hello, I’m Kizzie Fowler. I was born and raised in Pahokee, a small tight knit city that sits off the coast of Lake Okeechobee. I’m the youngest of four children, that was raised by a single mother, who held two to three jobs, working in housekeeping and as a cook to make ends meet.

I’m a mother of five beautiful children and married 22 years to one of God’s precious jewels, my husband, Cornelius Fowler. Our family values include love, respect, patience, and time. That precious time that we as a family spend together, sharing and making memories.

My experiences in the workforce for over 20 years in the public service sectors, such as healthcare, education, correction, social work, and nonprofit organizations, have allowed me to gain leadership abilities that help me lead and represent with dignity and respect.

I attended Pahokee Middle Senior High School class of 1998. I also attended Palm Beach State college for two years and Florida Gulf Coast University, receiving my bachelor's degree in criminal justice. I am now a graduate student in the MPA program at FGCU, with a graduate date set for the fall term in 2024.
